ezSniffer USB Protocol Analyzer (Retired - See miniSniffer2)

The ezSniffer has been retired. Please see the miniSniffer2 - all the features of the ezSniffer and no need for a plug-in base board.

Like the miniSniffer, the ezSniffer was developed in the early days of the great component shortage that followed the outbreak of COVID.

As the component shortages developed it was impossible to manufacture the original Sniffer design and the ezSniffer was built as a plug-in to the EZ-USB FX2LP base board that was widely available on ebay and similar web sites.

That worked for a while but eventually the EZ-USB FX2LP base board also became unavailable.

When component availability returned to normal the miniSniffer and the ezSniffer were retired and replaced with the miniSniffer2. Notably, the miniSniffer2 features the same unlimited capture depth as the ezSniffer while not using an EZ-USB base board.
